Coconut sugar is less processed than cane sugar, with natural caramel and toffee notes that deliver the toasted depth you'd expect. Paired with a clean-pouring, fully homogenized coconut base, cold-pressed lemon oil, and a pinch of salt, this syrup has a rich, luscious flavor that's distinctly its own.
